How can I be sure my order has been processed?
Once your order has been validated and processed, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided. If you don’t receive this e-mail within 24 hours are having confirmed and paid for your order, please check this e-mail has not gone into your spam folder. If you have not received it, please send us an e-mail to admin@lafolgado.com and we will inform you immediately.
Can I modify or cancel a confirmed order?
Unfortunately, if your order has been paid for with a credit card or Paypal, you cannot cancel or modify it. If your method of payment is via bank transfer and you have not yet made the payment, you may cancel the order and create a new one.
There are items which I cannot add to my shopping basket.
During summer months, we temporarily block the sale of certain items, if we are unable to guarantee their delivery in perfect conditions due to the high temperatures.
How can I be sure that my details are handled in a safe manner?
